Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

At present, order processing will not include weekends and holidays. Should there be any interruptions to the normal schedules, the buyer will be notified by email.

Please note: estimated delivery times are exclusive of the usual shipment processing times, although all orders are aimed to be processed as soon as possible.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent out immediately. Shipping confirmation will arrive on the same day your order is dispatched, including its tracking number if applicable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LV Design & Illustration is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LV Design & Illustration is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, although we will endeavour to right any wrongs regarding your order to the best of our abilities. If you received your order damaged, send an email describing the issue to: info@louisvinet.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
